The latest generation of Glock pistols are really intended to be more ambidextrous for left-handed shooters. The fifth generation of Glocks added a stop/slide release to both sides of the gun along with switching the magazine discharge to the other side. People have been able to replace magazine locks for years with the fourth generation, but now the slide stop/release makes the gun fully ambidextrous. The biggest complaint I've heard from lefties is the fact that Glock doesn't make fully ambidextrous guns, but now the floodgates have opened for these shooters.
The SIG Sauer 320 series is another fine example of a mountable pistol for left-handed shooters. The real party part is the 320's modularity with the chassis system. Not only can you have a fully ambidextrous gun, but you can also go from full-size to sub-compact with various exchange kits. SIG has done an excellent job of creating a gun that is the perfect size for left-handed shooters.
HK offers some fantastic options for left-handed shooters with some fully ambidextrous weapons. The VP9 and P30 both have a double-sided slide stop/release along with their traditional paddle releases. They have no American style magazine release options left. But don't worry, because the paddle release is easy to use for right and left. The decocker on the P30 model is located on the left side at the rear of the slide. This can be difficult for lefties, but with practice it is possible to become proficient at working with the decoherer.
